This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to https://dulawatfinserve.com and to enquiries you send us through it.

Who we are
Lalit Singh Dulawat, trading as Dulawat Finserve, is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-319439, EUIN-E604978), based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. For anything on this page you can reach us at lalit@dulawatfinserve.com or 8741096454.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Nothing on these pages asks for your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, passwords or OTPs, and we will never ask for them by email.
- When you enquire or book a meeting: your name, mobile number, and if you provide them, your email address, city, occupation, the goal you are saving for, the amount you are considering investing each month, and anything you write in the message box.
- When you use a calculator or the risk profiler: the figures and answers you enter. These are used to show you a result on the page. They are not sent to us or stored unless you separately submit an enquiry.
- When you are an existing client using the portal: the identifier and PIN you sign in with, so we can show you your own holdings.
- Automatically: your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded briefly to rate-limit the public forms against spam.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To carry out mutual fund distribution services if you decide to invest through us, including completing KYC with the relevant registrar or fund house.
- To send you information about your enquiry and, where relevant, investor education. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and we stop when you ask.
- To keep the site working and protect it from abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to do what you asked us to do:
- Asset management companies and their registrars and transfer agents, such as CAMS and KFintech, where you are applying to invest.
- KYC registration agencies, where your KYC has to be registered or verified.
- Our website and email hosting provider, which stores this site and our mail on our behalf.
- Regulators, or where we are required to by law.
We do not share your information with anyone else for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Where you become a client, records relating to your investments are kept for as long as the regulations applicable to mutual fund distribution require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any point, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop sending you email, which you can also do yourself using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
Email lalit@dulawatfinserve.com and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie when you use a form or sign in to the client portal. It keeps your session secure and prevents forged form submissions. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and there are no third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The client portal and the administrative area are protected by additional controls including one-time passcodes. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of what you share with us seriously, and we keep the amount we hold to what we actually need.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date above.
